About me
I’m an explorer, an artist, an actor, and a singer.
Juxtaposition!
My life, until very recently, has been two opposing worlds running side-by-side.
I started my working life as a Receptionist and quickly moved into Personal Assistant roles mainly in the Investment Banking/Finance industry where I produced endless reports and PowerPoint presentations and found myself spending a great deal of my day helping out in the print room, much to my boss's chagrin, because I just wanted to make things and I was bored sitting at my desk waiting for work.
This world was OK. I enjoyed helping people, but they weren’t my tribe.
Alongside this world, almost hidden from view, I was a passionate actor, singer, and photographer.
In my spare time, I studied acting, singing, and various art mediums. I performed and created, and wished I could do this ALL. THE. TIME.
A lot of time has passed now… A LOT. But I’ve finally stepped back and acknowledged how I want to express who I am in this world.
I’m a multidisciplinary artist… I need to MOVE, and to EXPRESS my Self.
This is about allowing the fullness of who I am.
I work across illustration, graphic design, mixed media and Surface Pattern Design. I’ve also written songs, a children’s book, and perform as a singer and voice over artist. I also have an online shop of products that I design & make (in case you’re looking for gifts!).
More recently I’ve been wanting to share what I’ve learned from all my great acting and singing coaches and I’m enjoying growing a small singing studio — helping others to express themselves calmly and confidently.

I am a good listener and build rapport easily with a variety of personality types.
I am very observant so I can see what needs to be done and I have a good eye for detail as well as being able to zoom out and see the big picture.
Sparked by my ongoing love of making things, I recently studied Surface Pattern Design and am in the process of developing my own range of illustrations and patterns for Greeting Cards, T-Shirts and Home Décor which can be found at jevois.com.au
I’m also a registered meditation facilitator.
